1. Once the ChequeMateSetup.exe is downloaded, right click on the it then click on “Run as Administrator”
2. Please set the date format in regional setting as dd/MM/yyy – Click to View Video || Click to View Image
3. If the Anti Virus is blocking the software, temporarily disable it and start installation procedure
If the Anti Virus programme is deleting ChequeMate.exe file, please add the ChequeMate folder i.e c:\RichTechIT\ChequeMate under exception
4. Please ensure that the printer is Set as default – Click to View Image
