Leadership

Basaant Bartalam

A post-graduate, MBA, with a marked affinity for Information Technology in all its many forms, Basaant spent the better part of two decades garnering proficiencies in multifarious IT languages, platforms and protocols. His native understanding of IT, coupled with an innate ability to strike a rapport with everyone—be it client, stakeholder, or vendor led to consistent success in marketing IT solutions and, inevitably, to founding his own IT business in 2005.

Recognizing the many whitespaces that existed in enterprise operations and management, he chose to focus on building niche software solutions for traditional industry sectors.

In 2005, RichTech IT released eBuildAuto, a highly customizable CRM for the real estate industry that was hitherto struggling with clunky off-the-shelf solutions. This was followed by a spate of equally niche solutions for diverse business sectors, including Contractor management, Transport management, and Purchase Order Management, among others. Now in its 5th version, eBuildAuto continues to change the game for real estate businesses, providing them with a seamless cloud-based solution for their marketing, operations, and customer management needs.

Arohati Technology, its sister concern, provides specialized outsourcing services, focusing on delivering technical and operational expertise to clients across industries. By streamlining processes and optimizing workflows, Arohati Technology enables businesses to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and stay competitive in an ever-evolving marketplace.
